1 (of 6): Add a discussion to GrexIt by simply doing a CC/Fwd to add@grexit.com. The complete conversation along with the follow up mails gets stored in GrexIt.
2 (of 6): Find discussions shared by you and your colleagues in GrexIt.
3 (of 6): Get the "Send to GrexIt" button by adding GrexIt from the Google Apps Marketplace here, or by downloading our browser extension here.
4 (of 6): Use Shared Labels to organize your content and collaborate. You and your colleagues can together add and remove Shared Labels in GrexIt.
5 (of 6): Control who can access what content in GrexIt by setting up Access rules for Shared Labels. Details here.
6 (of 6): You can set up Fetch Rules to have GrexIt automatically pull useful emails from people's inboxes. Details here.
